Agreement to Terms

By entering Poker Colonya Pollobay, participating in any poker activities, or using the restaurant, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, players, and diners. If you do not agree, you must not use the venue. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Material changes will be highlighted with a new effective date. Your continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.

Eligibility and Conduct

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to enter the poker areas and participate in any poker games. Valid identification may be required.
• Minors are not permitted in the card lounge or poker rooms.
• The restaurant area may allow minors if accompanied by an adult, subject to venue policy.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not meet eligibility requirements.

Code of Conduct

All visitors must behave respectfully and follow venue rules. Disruptive, abusive, or cheating behavior is strictly prohibited.

• Players must follow dealer instructions and house rules.
• No outside food or beverages in poker areas.
• We may remove anyone who violates these rules without refund.

Bookings and Cancellations

Poker Table Bookings

Reservations for poker tables can be made online or by phone. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation.

• We may require a deposit for certain poker nights or events.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
• Late arrivals may result in table reassignment.

Restaurant Reservations

Restaurant bookings are subject to availability and may have separate cancellation policies.

• We recommend booking in advance for large groups.
• No-shows may be charged a fee.
• Special dietary requirements should be communicated at booking.

Poker Rules and Fair Play

House Rules

All poker games are conducted according to the house rules, which are available at the venue and may be updated periodically.

• Players must follow the dealer's instructions at all times.
• The use of electronic devices at the table may be restricted.
• We reserve the right to modify game formats, stakes, and schedules.

Fair Play

Cheating, collusion, or any form of unfair play is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and potential legal action.

• We may monitor games for integrity.
• Any disputes will be resolved by the floor manager, whose decision is final.

Liability and Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poker Colonya Pollobay is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of the venue, except where caused by our gross negligence.

• You are responsible for your personal belongings.
• We are not liable for any losses incurred during poker play.
• This limitation does not affect your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
